Quick Asian Spinach Salad


All to your taste:
– frozen chopped spinach, thawed drained and squeezed dry
– red onion, thinly sliced
– toasted sesame oil
– soy sauce OR Braggs liquid aminos
– Sriracha or hot sauce
– Garlic, fresh (minced), powder or granulated
– small splash of rice wine vinegar
– freshly toasted sesame seeds (dry pan over medium heat, toss until lightly toasted)

Make the dressing, add onions. Combine spinach into dressing and finish with sesame seeds.

Very satisfying! Perhaps my new summer salad go to…
